The idea here is to get processed food out of all of our meals...mine, yours, everyone's. Since the only way to do that is to cook (yes, with few
exceptions, the only way), please use these recipes to take the challenge out the process. Recipes are either made up, adapted and healthy-fied versions of not-so-healthy stuff, or credited
from one of my favorite sources.
