I tried to put this in the freezer, got anxious and ate it early. But let me tell you- it was wonderfully pudding-y and I loved it. I was amazed with how simple the ingredients were to turn out such a yummy thing.

Okay, you have my mouth watering!! This salad looks absolutely delicious and I cannot wait to try it! I love pears and have actually never had them in a salad, so I am very eager to test this recipe for the first time. Your photo is highly enticing and has drawn me into this blog! I can't vouch for accuracy either, but I've definitely heard that too. Maybe its like a vaccine-- a little bit in your body helps to teach it to fight bigger amounts? No idea. But yes-- DELISH.

I'm not sure if this is true, but I've heard that eating local raw honey helps with seasonal allergies! Something about the pollen from bees and the pollen you're allergic to? Not sure but it's worth a try bc raw honey is delish.
